1. When checkout becomes available
Checkout will be processed by Creem as merchant of record. The purchase terms shown at checkout, this page and rights required by applicable law will govern the transaction. The voluntary 14-day guarantee below will apply when checkout is enabled.
2. What you are buying
HyperPrompt Pro is a one-time purchase. A one-time purchase unlocks the features included with the current HyperPrompt product for its supported lifetime. It is a digital product delivered immediately as a license tied to your account, with no recurring charge.
3. Voluntary 14-day refund guarantee
We offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. This is a uniform commercial guarantee in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights. If HyperPrompt Pro is not right for you, request a refund within 14 days without giving a reason and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Creem and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. A completed refund may remove the related Pro entitlement while local data remains yours to export or delete.
4. When a refund may not apply
Within the 14-day guarantee window, we may decline a request only where there is clear evidence of fraud or repeated abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles. Requests outside the 14-day window are considered case by case and are not guaranteed. Fees paid to your own AI providers are outside the HyperPrompt purchase and cannot be refunded by us or Creem.
5. EU, UK and other statutory withdrawal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or a jurisdiction with a similar cooling-off right for digital purchases, you normally have up to 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because HyperPrompt Pro is delivered as an immediately usable license, at checkout you may be asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that your withdrawal right ends once delivery begins. Where the law still grants you a refund, this policy does not reduce those statutory rights.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact support@hyperprompt.dev or Creem first; this does not restrict your right to dispute a charge. While a chargeback is under review, the related Pro entitlement may be suspended; it may be restored if the dispute is resolved and the charge stands.
7. Activation and order help
If a paid Pro entitlement does not activate, contact us first. We will verify the order, help restore access where possible and keep you informed about the next step. Please include the purchase email, order reference and a short description of the issue; do not send card details or API keys.
8. What is not included in a HyperPrompt purchase
- Third-party AI-provider fees, credits or subscriptions. HyperPrompt is BYOK.
- A HyperPrompt purchase does not include unlimited cloud storage, unlimited traffic or permanent availability of third-party services.
- Features introduced later that carry a distinct, ongoing cost, such as hosted AI, team space or heavy cloud services.
